Returns & Damaged Items

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review your selections carefully and use the notes section above to communicate any special requests before placing your order.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos. We’ll file the claim with the carrier on your behalf right away.
